Over the years, our webshop has been renewed and expanded with many new products and innovations in winter fishing.
Today's webshop contains all our own unique products for the competitive angler who is looking for victories and success on the ice.
The webshop is really full of hot stuff like the Go Fish It! The market's strongest link SuperDroppers. Casting rods and pimple rods made entirely of carbon fiber and much much more.

Our new modern webshop offers our customers the safest and easiest buying features on the market.

It has never been easier to buy winter fishing gear and have it sent directly to your mailbox.
Our goal is to process your order within 3 working days. We send your goods with Postnord or DHL.

If you buy from Sweden, Norway and Denmark, it is always in SEK. Our customers from Finland use EURO, from Canada we use Canadian dollars and from the USA we use US dollars.

Returns, exchanges, damages, complaints and disputes

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which starts from the day you receive the goods. Returned goods purchased from us via the webshop must be in unbroken packaging and in the same condition as at the time of delivery.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1 day. If the entire order is returned, we will refund the full amount except for any shipping that has been added at the time of ordering.

If you want to exchange an item, send the product back to us in the same way as described above. We will then refund you for the item when it arrives. You order the item you want to exchange for yourself via the website. We do not make any exchanges directly, but a new order is always required.

Damaged package on delivery

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the agent you pick up the package from, they will help you with a damage report. Then contact us by email, attach pictures of the package and let us know if any goods have been lost or damaged. We will then get back to you with a solution to the possible problem with the goods.

In case of complaints, please send us an email at fredric@vimicefishing.se and describe the problem and we will solve it as soon as we can.

In the unlikely event that we do not agree, we refer to the General Complaints Board (ARN) and of course we follow Swedish laws.

PRIVACY POLICY

We care about your privacy and strive to protect your personal data in the best possible way. This policy describes why we collect information about you and how the information is handled, as well as how you can contact us.

We are the data controller in accordance with these terms and conditions and are responsible for ensuring that processing takes place in accordance with applicable legislation.

 INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

We collect as little information as possible. We need to know your name and addresses for billing and delivery.

If you want to order against invoice, you sometimes have to give your social security number. Only then can you have your goods sent home against invoice.

When you pay by card, you are required to provide your credit card number, but this is not stored. The card number is sent via a secure server that handles card payments for us.

Then, of course, we need to know what products you are ordering and we need your e-mail address and possibly also your phone number to be able to contact you with delivery notices, changed information, etc.

The order contains information about the products you bought from us, how you paid (but no information about credit cards, social security numbers or similar) and the address to which we should send the goods. 

PAYMENT SOLUTION

When you reach the checkout, you will have to pay for your goods. Depending on the payment method, an external payment intermediary will receive information about your purchase.
We only work with highly secure solutions that have many years of experience. Different merchants may offer different solutions and we continuously update ourselves to ensure that our customers can pay in the easiest and most secure way.

WHY DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?

We keep information for accounting purposes. We need to be able to provide evidence to the tax authorities. You can also create an account with us to view your previous orders. 

INFORMATION TO OTHER STAKEHOLDERS

We never pass on your information to anyone else. Exceptions are made if we are compelled by law or court order for any reason.
